CMYK support?

The biggest advantage in comparison to similar programs would be to handle CMYK.

Is there an option to save and work in CMYK?

Will do. Will do. It's just that other features are right now are more important. However CMYK will come. But not in v1.2 / v1.3, probably v1.5.
